2. Booking & Payments

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details when booking a service.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • While we strive for excellent results, some stains, odors, and damages may not be completely removable.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

  • TruShyne Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damages to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, or mechanical issues.

  • We use high-quality products and industry-standard techniques, but we cannot guarantee specific results for all vehicles.

  • Customers agree to release TruShyne Mobile Detailing from any liability related to minor damage that may occur due to routine cleaning processes.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive to provide top-quality service. If you are unsatisfied with your detailing, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

  • Requests for corrections must be reasonable and within the scope of the originally booked service.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information is collected for appointment scheduling and service-related communication.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
